It is for our upcoming event, " Beary tale "

What is Beary tale?
Beary tale is a event by Ashrae , where we bring orphan to Temasek Poly and bring them around also playing games , Story telling, Make -A - Bear, and other FUN- FILLED activities .

What does you need to donate?
-Old jeans, Clothes
-Bedsheet and Curtain
-Button , beads and sequins

When will the event be held?
Around October, exact date TBA.

Donation drive open only for ENG student?
Nope. As long as you want to donate you can just come to ENG CONCOURSE to pass the stuff

Participants for this visit will learn about the Green features of the building, namely:

A. Use of renewable energy: Solar, hydro, wind

B. Recycling of Rain Water

C. Recycling of Urine as Fertilizer

D. Avoid use of Air-conditioning

E. Avoid use of Furniture made from Trees

F. Composting Topsoil

G. Avoid use of Toxic Insecticides

H. Recycling of Envelopes for Re-mailing and Printed/Photocopied paper

I. Revive the Butterfly Popluation in the Urban Jungle

Director's Cup - Captain's Ball

Hello ashrae-lings!

Today is the 24th of July, and Captain's Ball starts this weekend on Saturday, 26th July!!!

If your a helper, please take note of the following;

Sporting attire is recommended.
Report at 9am @ Sports Hall.
For those of you who didn't attend the briefing on Tuesday, you will be assigned roles on the day itself.

As for visitors/spectators/supporters;

The games will start at 10am SHARP.
You may bring your camera's and pong pongs along, perhaps the best cheer wins a prize too? haha
There isn't much else for me to say but - COME DOWN AND SUPPORT YOUR FRIENDS!!! =D

Date of Annual General Meeting Changed

Since ESC are having their AGM on the same date as ours, we have decided to change our AGM from the 2nd July 2008(Wednesday) to the 4th July 2008(Friday).

The venue and the time will remain the same, ie. the Alumni Lounge and commence at 6pm.

Unfortunately, we are unable to get our budget ready for STOMP 2 Camp and as a result, IT WILL BE POSTPONED!!!

Hopefully, the rest of the events will not be affected.

And to make up for the camp, a mini-gathering has been formulated to let us get to know more about the members.

The date/time will be as follows:

Date: 16th June (Monday)
Time: 10am - 5pm

We will start off with a mini treasure hunt which will end in Sentosa.
